The Extended Care Center is a licensed nursing home conveniently located in a one-story, 60-bed building adjacent to Clarewood House tower building and connected to it by an enclosed walkway. The pleasant surroundings throughout the facility are color-blended with the outdoor gardens, beautiful artwork and attractive, comfortable furnishings. Guests may visit in the beautiful living room, or in the patient's room, whichever is preferred.
Located at Clarewood and Reims on streets immediately behind Sharpstown Mall, our location is convenient to medical, educational and shopping areas in Southwest Houston. At present, there are 208 apartments in Independent Living, 64 Units in Assisted Living and 60 beds in Clarewood House Extended Care Center.
