Carillon Club will offer many of the amenities of other Carillon communities such as large clubhouse and 3-hole golf course. Although its Naperville address makes for more expensive homes, Carillon Club offers condos from the low $200s and townhouses from the upper $200s. Residents of Carillon Club have chosen to move here because it offers them the opportunity to live in a premier active adult community in a superb location and they are willing to pay a higher price for it.

Carillon Club is located on the West side of Naperville just west of the intersection of 95th Street and Rt. 59. The community is 40 miles from downtown Chicago. It is approximately 7 miles from I-88 making access to the near West suburbs relatively easy. Within 5 miles, resident can enjoy the many allures of downtown Naperville such as the shopping, restaurants and the Riverwalk. Just one mile from the entrance is Rt. 59, which offers many everyday conveniences such as a grocery store, movie theater, banks and restaurants. In addition, a proposed Metra train station is planned adjacent to the community.

At the center of the community is the Carillon Clubhouse. When finished in 2008, it will offer 18,000 square feet of amenities such as indoor and outdoor pools, exercise facility, aerobics studio, ballroom, and multi-purpose rooms. Outside of the clubhouse, residents can enjoy bocce ball courts, horseshoe courts, tennis courts and 3-hole golf course.

The first residents of Carillon Club moved into the community in the fall of 2007 meaning the clubs and activities are just gearing up. Like many other Carillon communities, Carillon Club is expected to have several dozen clubs and interest groups as well as an on-site activities director. Be sure to check in periodically for updates.

Carillon Club offers condos, townhouses, and single family homes ranging from 994 to 2,608 square feet. Prices range from the low $200s to the mid $500s. Carillon Club is the only Carillon community that offers the Gallery Series, an exquisite collection of four larger single family homes featuring numerous upgrades. Compared to other Carillon communities, the Carillon Club is somewhat higher priced due to its Naperville location.
