Carillon at Stonegate by Cambridge Homes offers a smaller and less expensive option for people seeking an active adult community in the Naperville/Aurora area. With only 326 homes, Carillon at Stonegate is considerably smaller than nearby Carillon Club in Naperville and Carillon Lakes in Crest Hill. It is also a great alternative for those who do not need a Naperville address (or Naperville prices) but still want a community that is in a great location on the east side of Aurora just 7 miles from downtown Naperville and 2 miles from I-88. Despite its smaller size, residents have access to an 8,000 square foot clubhouse. Plus, this newer community already offers nearly two dozen clubs for its residents to join. The residents of Carillon at Stonegate have chosen to make this their home because it caters to those who are willing to give up a Naperville location for a less expensive home and fewer amenities.

Carillon at Stonegate is located on Indian Trail Road directly between East Nola Road and North Farnsworth Avenue. The community is 40 miles west of Chicago along I-88, to the Farnsworth Ave. exit and then two miles to the community. Downtown Naperville is just 7 miles from the community offering great shopping, restaurants and the Riverwalk. Just outside of the community, residents have access to a Jewel-Osco one mile away and countless shopping opportunities such as the Fox Valley Mall along Rt. 59 just four miles away.

Due to Carillon at Stonegate's smaller size, it offers fewer amenities than other nearby Carillon communities. The community does still offer an 8,000 square foot clubhouse complete with outdoor pool, fitness center, hobby & game rooms, library, computer room, aerobics studio, and small ballroom. Outside of the clubhouse residents can enjoy access to a tennis court, walking trails, small fishing pond, and bocce ball courts.

Carillon at Stonegate is a relatively new community and therefore many of the social clubs and interest groups are still forming. The residents have already formed nearly two dozen groups with more being added each year. While the community does not have an on-site Activities Coordinator like other active adult communities, the residents gather committees to coordinate gatherings, parties, and trips.

Carillon at Stonegate offers five single family ranch floor plans ranging from 1,760-2,322 square feet. Homes are priced from the low $300s to the low $400s. All homes offer optional brick fronts and basements.
