The clubhouse was redesigned in 2010 with a new state of the art fitness center. Outside features outdoor pool, tennis, bocce, and shuffleboard. Sea Oaks also offers a 18 hole public course with memberships opportunities for members. Association fees are $175 a month.
Sea Oaks, built by K. Hovnanian, began construction in 2000 and was completed in 2007. Homes range in size from 1776 sq. ft. to 3448 sq. ft. and feature open floor plans and 2-3 bedrooms. Some homes have lofts. Many homes have granite countertops and fireplaces. Also, each home has magnificent, professionally designed landscaping with underground sprinklers. Almost every homes backs to either woods or the golf course. Prices in Sea Oaks range from $275,000 to $449,000.
Four Seasons at Sea Oaks is located in Little Egg Harbor, NJ, off of Rt. 539 and just minutes from the Garden State Parkway. The community is only 20 minutes away from Atlantic City and the Atlantic City Expressway which leads you to Philadelphia. There is a lot of good fishing and boating nearby. The Tuckerton Seaport, a maritime museum, is just down the road.
