Haverford Place by Ryland Homes is an ideal community for people seeking small active adult community near Schaumburg. Haverford is an intimate community of just 184 ranch homes located on the west side of Hoffman Estates.

»» Age-Restricted (74)The community features a small clubhouse along with a limited assortment of organized social clubs and activities. Residents of Haverford Place have chosen to make this their home because they desire a location near Schaumburg and are willing to give up more amenities and pay a higher price for their location.
Haverford is located one mile west of Beverly Road on Shoe Factory Road, which is just south of the Northwest Tollway. From Chicago, Haverford Place is 37 miles along the Northwest Tollway to the Beverly Road Exit and then one mile to the community. Woodfield Mall and Schaumburg are 11 miles from the community to the east and downtown Elgin and the Grand Victoria Casino are just 4 miles west. Nearby the community, residents can do their grocery shopping at the Jewel a mile away in Elgin, or take care of their shopping needs along Rt. 59 at places like Target 4 miles away.
Haverford Place has a small 4,000 square foot clubhouse offering an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting room, and small ballroom. Just outside of the clubhouse, residents can enjoy two tennis courts and a short walking trail that winds through a small preserved forest area.
With Haverford Place's limited number of residences, there are fewer social clubs and activities. There is not an Activities Coordinator so residents plan all gatherings and activities on their own.
There are ten different floorplans offered in Haverford Place. Homes are only available for sale on the resale market. Prices typically range from the upper $300s to the low $500s making it a little more expensive compared to other active adult communities but justifiable based on the location of the community. Plus, all homes feature basements and brick fronts included and many offer front porches.
