Cambridge Place offers spacious, new apartments connected to our beautiful Community Center with the Oakwood Restaurant and our Fitness Center with large heated pool. Each apartment features a private balcony, with a wonderful view of the surrounding countryside. Indoor parking and many amenities are included.
Residents of the renewed Vista Apartments at Laurel View Village enjoy delicious meals and numerous amenities, from the convenience of housekeeping services to the fun and companionship of ongoing activities. Vista is the social heart of our campus. Choose a one or two bedroom apartment.
The Townhomes at Laurel View Village are single level duplex homes with attached garages. The first Townhomes were built in 1996, the newest in 2007. They vary in size. There is currently a lengthy waiting list for Townhomes, and applicants are encouraged to consider the new Cambridge Place apartments which are very comparable in size and amenities.
Laurel View Village offers studio or 2-room Personal Care apartments which residents may furnish as they wish. Delicious meals, complete housekeeping and laundry services are included, as well as help with bathing, therapy, social activities, and much more. All prescribed medications can be administered by our certified staff. Special care and memory stimulating activities are offered for early Alzheimer's and other related dementia in our nearby, secure Reflections area.
The Health Care Center at Laurel View Village offers full time skilled nursing care for temporary or long term illnesses and disabilities. It is a very compassionate and friendly place. The Health Care Center adjoins our Vista Apartments and Personal Care wings. The Center has 60 licensed nursing beds, 21 of which are dedicated to The Arbor, a special care section offering programming for residents with Alzheimer's and other related dementias.
