Central Florida is a great destination for golfers - and Stone Creek is no exception. Our planned golf course will offer an amazing golfing experience for all skill levels. The 18-hole, Terry Doss designed championship golf course will showcase panoramic views from all areas of the course, including an abundance of lakes integrated throughout. The course will be laid out over 187 acres of Central Florida’s lush green countryside, including approximately 4 acres of greens and 4 acres of tees.
Included in your golfing experience at Stone Creek will be large undulating ultra dwarf greens guarded by precise bunkering at greenside and also in the 419 Bermuda fairways. This golf course will be like no other with strategically placed water on 14 of 18 holes. Among the dynamic features of Stone Creek, the inclusion of the 6-tee box design feature will enhance your experience; from beginner to expert you’ll find a challenge to fit your needs. Throughout the golf course, you will discover tunnels that pass underneath all major community roads for safe passage of golf carts and pedestrians. Additionally a golf clubhouse will house a snack bar, driving range and practice putting green, projected to open in late 2007.

Stone Creek will feature first-class amenities throughout the arts and crafts-inspired themed community. The proposed 60,000 sq. ft. amentity center, Reflection Bay, at Stone Creek is planned to include various outdoor amenities and three hubs of activity: a social center, a fitness center and an activity center.

The social center, Reunion Center, is planned to feature a premium ballroom with built-in stage, sound system and attached fully functioning kitchen. Also included is the Wall Street room, highlighted by a fireplace and warm accents that reflect the arts and crafts theme of Stone Creek; it will be equipped with wireless connectivity for computer usage and lounging. Additionally a spacious craft room with a kiln and large multi-purpose rooms are to be included in this approximately 22,600 sq.ft. facility.

The premium fitness center, Elan Spa, encompassing approximately 22,600 sq.ft., will feature top-of-the-line cardio and strength equipment, a 25m indoor heated pool with five lanes to provide for lap swimming and two exercise studios. A luxurious and relaxing spa will also be incorporated into Elan Spa and will include his/her massage facilities, a steam room and a sauna.

Outdoor amenities at Stone Creek are planned to include resort-style amenities to be completed in phases. The sizeable heated outdoor, resort-style swimming pool will feature zero entry, an outdoor spa and waterfall, surrounded by a lake, lush landscape and palm trees. Additional amenities will include tennis courts, horseshoe pits, Pickleball and bocce ball courts. Residents will also enjoy more than four miles of scenic walking and biking trails throughout the community.
