Springfield at Whitney Oaks in Rocklin California, near Sacramento, is a national award-winning gated 55+ active adult community of 868 homes. The gated Springfield neighborhood is a separate age-restricted part of the Whitney Oaks master planned community. Within Springfield, residents can enjoy access to The Gables Clubhouse, offering a full fitness center, two outdoor pools and spa, business center, library, ballroom, billiards, craft room with kiln, arts studio. There is also a second community building called The Oaks. Springfield offers 32 groups and clubs.
