This is a comprehensive list of the types of activities for the active adult at active adult communities and senior centers to promote active adult lifestyles.

We are adding as many types of activities as we can find. Not every community or center will have all of the types of activities but this list does reflect the types of activities that are offered. If you are the activities director/staff or senior center manager, this list may give you some ideas for activities.
